purpose:

Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic from 1. July 1998 No. 466 on the approval of the National programme for implementation of eco-management and Audit Scheme (EMAS Programme). Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic from 19. June 2002 No. 651 on the update of the National programme for implementation of eco-management and Audit Scheme (EMAS Programme). Regulation (EC) No 1221/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2009 on the voluntary participation by organisations in a Community eco-management and audit scheme (EMAS)
